About me

When I was a 5 year old kid my teacher told us that she would give a price to the students that manage to be on time consistently. Long story short I took my lil brother and went to my school at 3:00 a.m. Where the hell were my parents, though?

So yeah, discipline is kinda the name of my game.

My name is Samantha Alessia Nicolle, but you can call me Sam. When it comes to stabilizing your emotions and getting your mental health back I can help you identify what to work on and how.

I am a mental health blog host, yogi and psychologist, being disciplined is my native language, (for better or for worse) helping by compassion and understanding is my thing.

I had help people with different backgrounds and conditions either by one on one therapy, yoga classes or mental health workshops. I was a pioneer in using yoga and psychology to prevent and treat mental illnesses in the Salvadoran army and with a public school of San Miguel of the same country.

You could either find me playing in the soccer field, at a coffee shop or in my house being Larry David all day long.
