Here’s the deal; a lot of people think that in order to achieve mental health they have to somehow transform themselves into this funny fictitious character that is happy all the time. No wonder why they will be apprehensive to go to therapy.

So this is how I work: imagine you come to me with the problem that is affecting your mental health and I come to you with my academic preparation and together, you and I will use your own abilities to help you build emotional stability, peace of mind and control over your troublesome behavior. And just like that, without overcomplicating, you are still you, I am still me, but you are leaving with one less problem to worry your mind.
